The symptoms of food intolerances

NICKEL

Nickel is a metal similar to iron. Despite being part of some types of soils, it is very easy to be assimilated through food. If you suffer from nickel intolerance, you should avoid spinach, tomatoes, oily fish, chocolate and other canned food.

EGGS

Eggs are very rich in iron and proteins, but in spite of this, they are not recommended in babies under 9-10 months. Egg intolerance generally refers to albumens, but also yolks can cause ailments like stomachache and skin redness.

Dried fruit and soy

Dried fruit, as well as soys, are high in proteins. Dried fruit and soy intolerance results in skin redness and stomach ache. Since dried fruit is not always detectable, especially in sweets, it is better to read the product labels.

Yeast

Yeasts are a group of fungi with various shapes. Yeast intolerance results in general overexhaustion, problems of bacterial flora, slow digestion and swelling. It is better to do a specific test, and, if needed, ask a gastroenterologist for advice.
